We are a non-profit, so if you can get $50-100k/year coming in with minimal staff time, that’s a huge win. It’s big.

The best thing about Niceboard is that I don’t have to do much. It’s up and running, and it’s doing its thing for our company. I can’t remember a time where a customer has come to me and complained about a bug. It just works and it has worked for years.

I maybe spend 10-15 minutes a day on the job board right now, whereas previously it was probably 2-3 hours a week. We’re spending around 3-4 times less time now than we did before.
